Haybox Cooking

Event Description

A Haybox is an insulated box in which you place your partly cooked food. The heat energy held in the pot and the food completes the cooking process without any external heat input. This saves energy. Haybox cookers are also referred to as thermal or retained heat cooking.

In this workshop learn about all the benefits of Haybox Cooking, how to get the best results and how to make one at home using readily available materials.
