A walking tour of the Minster’s heritage estate with the Director of Works & Precinct, taking in its ambitious projects and low carbon initiatives.

This is a chance to see how the ambitious projects established in the York Minster Precinct Neighbourhood Plan are taking shape, focussing on work to protect heritage & environment. The projects range from new solar panels, to combatting damage caused by increased rainfall.

This tour will appeal to those interested in heritage but also with a concern about our rapidly changing environment.

This is an 18+ event. Booking is required. Book via email: sally-annl@yorkminster.org (spaces are limited to 20). Meet in South Piazza by the statue of Constantine.
